I woke up this morning and my bottom was radiating pain for a little bit and then stopped? what does that mean, i have been having menstural cramps for a few days?

You are probably having a rectal spasm. Everyone gets them on occasion but I think that IBD'ers are more sensitive to them because of our issues. It could be related to your menstrual cramps because I used to get that frequently too. Are you flaring at the moment?

I am not sure, my period isnt for 2 weeks, (i am not pregnant), i have just been cramping in my lower abdomin like menstral cramps for 4 days, but also I  have pimples, psorisis out of hand on my head and something like contact dermatitis on my neck..

It sounds to me like you might be headed for a flare. The cramping is a good indicator as well as the outbreak of psoarasis. I have psoarasis too and when I enter a flare, it would come out with a vengenance. Or it can be a combination - maybe you are ready to start your period in addition to having a mini flare that can come from hormonal swings.

My nipple is sore and also today my one left leg is getting sore on the skin, like little bumps are coming out, I was nauseaous yesterday. So i dont know what is going on with me...

Hi....go back to the doctor and get checked out since you're having symptoms that are new for you.

What meds are you on?
