I was a member on another forum that started having techincal issues and disappeared. (I think it was called IBD patient community or something like that.) I didn't think much of it until I was flaring again! Somehow - probably a web search - I stumbled across HW. The support and info was so awesome that I stayed :)

Another google girl here too! I am very active on a mom's message board, and there are a couple of other moms there who also suffer from UC, but I feel sometimes like I am whining too much about my condition over there, you know? I wanted to find somewhere that I could vent and support others who are dealing with similar issues.

I am so glad I found you all! I know I am very new here, but everyone already has been so helpful and supportive, I know I have found a great place!

HW was in a newslink not too long ago. Did anyone happen to read that? It was written by our admin who is the also the owner of the sight. If not, I can find it and post it on here if you want. After this article was written, we had a few new members because of it.

I'm glad you all found us though I wish it were under better circumstances.

I'm so glad I found it and I try to tell everyone I can about it because it's like I found a family here.

It was a link on another website I was reading info about UC when I was first diagnosed.
