Multi-vitamin

What kind of Multi-vitamins are you guys taking? Everyone swears by Animal Pak. I mean...come on...don't we take enough pills as it is?? I recently picked up a product called Vit-Acell from Max Muscle. It is in liquid form,so it is faster absorbing. It gets me going! I know alot off people one here have mentioned that they lack energy due to the illness,but this stuff really gets me through the day. You feel it fast!

Thanks for the recommendation! I was going to look online today to find a multivitamin that comes in liquid form, and you just did the work for me. ;-)

I take Forvia. It's created for people with UC or Crohn's. Absorbs quickly and contains more of the stuff we need.

Forvia is a pill. They also make a chewable. www.forvia.com
