hi there, just wondering if anyhasone has anymore good or bad experiences on the elimination diet, has anyone managed to get off Aza,with the help of diet alone,I'm asking only as I'm on aza and it has'nt put me in remission, but I'm too terrified to stop taking it in case I land up in hospital again.

Are you not able to do any 5ASA meds such as Asacol, Rowasa enemas..etc?

Diet has helped me, however I think treating from both ends is best...diet and enemas.
