I posted about this before, but still struggling with the pain, so hoping you could give me some help with what to ask my doc on Friday, when I have my appointment.
Basically, I have had really bad back ache since April this year. When I complained this to my GB, all he asked me to do is take painkillers without even looking at my back….
Anyhow, the pain is between my shoulder blades and wakes me up every night approx 2 – 4 am, without a fail. The pain is so severe that it feels like there is a metal band around my chest and breathing increases the sharpness. I cannot stay in bed, but once I’m up, it eases off quite a bit and I can go about my chores as normal. Also, I seem to have lost some of my rotating mobility, ie. cannot turn my back / shoulders as far as before…
Any idea what this could be? I have been to massage therapy with no help. Have been to Physio, but it doesn’t seem to help either….
Apologies for the long post, but I am at the end of my tether and soo tired as cannot get proper sleep and just don’t want my GB to fob me off again…
