I was wondering...Nexium works wonders on people with stomach ulcers (husband can testify to this). Wish they would put it in enema form for us people with ulcerative proctitis. Food for thought.

Nexium is a proton pump inhibitor. Our colons don't produce acid like our stomachs. But I wish that it were that simple ya know? So for now, our colon "PPI's" are 5-ASA's and rectal meds.
