I feel bloated if I eat foods with yeast or MSG. A lot of processed foods now have yeast. It's not only bread anymore. Maybe that is the same for you? Do you eat artificial sugar? That causes my gut to go ballistic, as well. If you are concerned about
weight gain, you could cut out breads, pasta, processed sugar for awhile, actually all 'white' processed foods. Depends on how badly you want/need to lose the weight, I guess. That may also help with your symptoms, too. What exactly is a "bland" diet for you?
