For the last 3 days i have fealt like i have a gas bubble in the upper middle part of my stomach. I have been having heart burn too. Normal BMs though...Any thoughts or advice?

Ugh those are the worst! Try laying on your left side for a little while. That always helps me work it out.

could it be a gas bubble even tho i am having normal bms? Seems like it would of come out???

could be reflux....try over the counter zantac...150 mg and see if that helps.
You could also try a half teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water if you don't want to purchase the zantac. That will eventually help with the gas bubble.
oh, don't take the baking soda if you're pregnant.
Have you tried massaging the area in a clockwise movement...from your lower right side up to the transverse, across and down...repeat.
have you tried heat on your tummy?
Does the Levsin not help?

Quincy may be right w/ the reflux . The baking soda is a new one on me, will try that, but I take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in that a.m. - acid eats acid and it works for me.
Hope you get rid of it soon!
