Suppository for Lef-sided UC

Currently I'm using Canasa 1000mg and not sure if it working or not

Will Canasa suppository helps in reducing the inflamation of UC which is limited left-sided of the colon?

Left-sided....does your include the entire descending colon or some of the descending colon?

The suppositories are meant to deal with the rectum. Considering that UC starts at the rectum, it should be dealt with using direct methods ... rectal meds.

Enemas or foams will reach into the sigmoid.

Are you on oral meds as well?

The suppositories can be used 2 - 3 times a day.
