Been going pretty solid and only two BM's a day but towards the end of my BM the stool will be slightly covered in blood and then when i wipe there is blood...been having this problem...no urgency to go and not the toilet full of blood i am used to...help ?

I get the same. I've been in remission for a few years now but I usually have some blood at the end and always when I wipe. I think you just learn what is normal for you.

Could be hemorrhoids. They'll often act up during and after a flare because you spend so much time on the toilet.

I hate that most. I had that mostly just mucous mixed with blood end of BM. Since prednisone that went away until I tapered to 20 mg. and now back again. Can't call it remission and wondering about going back up to 25mg or? I am also on 6MP now for 4 weeks today.

No urgency, no diarrhea, no actual "bleeding", no cramping - little discomfort in rectum at time.
