Hey Scorpion. Welcome. I'm not a bodybuilder either - but I am an exercise/gym fanatic - go every day for a couple of hours. I actually find that running and lifting weights help me feel better - and give me more energy. Even on the days that I was seriously flaring I would try to hit the gym for at least a little bit. My doc used to be amazed - you're this sick and still working out! You just have to listen to your body and slow down a bit. Once you're in remission you should be able to do your full routine no problem.
