Papaya, mango, kiwi and pineapple are all natrual digestive enzymes and when eaten directly after each meal any of them can help break down your food for you to make it less work on your digestive tract...you can get supplement form (which usually consist of the vairety of flavors taken from the above mentioned) which many have found helpful especially if they cannot tolerate eating the actual fruits.
Best way to know if it will work is by trying it, because everyone varies with what helps. I myself eat the actual fruits cuz luckily I have no issues with any fruits or veggies, ect. and I do find it helps, but consistancy seems to be important with me (and probably with anyone).
