with my experience it could have been nutrients getting imbalanced from something in your diet that started your flare. The two nutrients that can throw the magnesium and beta carotene out of balance from the spinach and sunflower seeds is choline and
calcium. meats and eggs are high in choline and of course cheese and milk are
high in calcium. Has your intake of any of these changed lately? Do you still take a
calcium supplement twice a day? How often do you eat chicken, eggs and beef?
