Well my bacteria culture came back negative and it said no UTI, but they had me on Cipro for precautionary measures since my dip test showed blood and protien. They want to continue Cipro for at least one more day b/4 stopping. Then my other doc called and said I have low magnesium levels, it was 3.8 and to take a supplement of just magnesium "to a point of diarreah and back off" um...how will I be able to tell the difference??duh I go so much now! Anyways, you get to a point like what the heck now? I'm hoping the magnesium helps witht the gut spasms.

Did you see a urologist?
It seems a bladder scope would be in order for you......maybe best to have a look-see.
I had one, and it wasn't anything horrific.
Hope this passes soon.

Have you tried cfromutah's spinch/sunflower seed diet? That is a way to get magnesium naturally (always better than chemically).
