I signed up for Tai-Chi a month or so ago. I did so only because I've seen it referred to so many times in books dealing with holistic healing (body, mind ,spirit).
It's definitely an art form and something that takes years to really master but I have found the basic standing pose to be somtimes quite effective in opening up the digestive area and get things moving if you are constipated.
I also do a lot of skipping - about 5 days a week. I've read that it works to keep the lymph system active - as well it's really good cardio.
Is anyone else doing some sort of exercise that they find helps their UC?
