how can i find a support group in the area?

anyone know how one goes about finding a support group?

aside from here of course.

You could contact your local CCFA office and see if they have any support groups in place. When I last checked with the CCFA in my area (DC metro) they listed a few places that had monthly get togethers.

i did find them but they dont meet for two more weeks so i was hoping to find another group.
