Lately I've been staying away from bananas because even though they are high in potassium, I learned that they tend to stick to your abdominal walls and make it harder for the intestine to push through.
I highly doubt that is true about
bananas sticking to your ab walls making it harder fot the intestines to push it through...janet jackson thinks the same about
pasta, she believes (for some bizarre reason) that past sticks to your intestinal tract, also very untrue. Healthy or not your intestines are a muscle that naturally pushes food through, even those that are constipated, cuz constipations starts at the end of the GI tract.
If that was the case with bananas and pasta then the same would hold true with other foods that have the same consistancy, like bread, but it doesn't, it's totally false information. On another board someone said they can't eat bananas cuz the little seeds in the bananas scrape their intestinal lining making things more irritated, also not very likely at all.
