I have now got my colonoscopy results and am unsuse how much of the colon is effected it says they found granularly inflamed mucosa in keeping with the pattern of ulcerative colitis proven by biopsy up to the level of hepatic flexure i thought i had left sided but this seems to more than that what do you think.?

It seems your Uc has spread and it may be considered Pancolitis now. But not your whole colon is involved so maybe it is still considered left sided?? I was always confused as to where the diagnosis of left sided and pancolitis starts.

oh yeah, it's spread farther...and if the transverse is affected, it's on its way to pancolitis.
What were the results of the cecum?

Hi quincy i don't know about
the cecum just got a copy of the colonoscopy report just a bit confused as to where left sided stops and pancolitis begins as much more of my colon than i first thought is effected.
