Im a store manager for Godiva. I just had a staff member not show for her shift. That really annoys me. Now I will have to go into work instead of having a rest day. What else can go wrong this week. mad

I work at a movie theater and that happens all the time! People won't show up for like 3 shifts and they'll only get written up when they're supposed to be fired. Its so annoying! Especially on busy days when there aren't enough employees in to begin with. Grrrr

Im glad I have someone who also gets annoyed with these people. If they did not show up for 3 shifts in my store their out the door. There’s not that many people who cross me as I am a bit known for letting people like that go. This girls leaving the company any way so I cant do much, GRRR!! Thanks for listening that relives my stress. Were not suppose to get stressed but sometimes it happens when you’re  a manager

Did someone say Godiva??? As in Godiva chocolates?? Ah that would be my DREAM job, minus the skipping employee stress that is! :)

Some people just don't have a good work ethic. I blame bad parenting.
