In reading about UC, we ucers have high antihistimes levels, thence the inflammation response in our guts. I'm trying SPS30(Its a enzyme) that has mucolase as the main ingredient which is suppose to help with excess mucus (sinisus) and be a antihistimine as well. What I have is liquid mucus throughout the day and I can't even pass gas without it coming out. There was a post about this "liquid stuff" a couple days ago. Maybe this will help. I'm trying it now. Has anyone tried this before or do they feel better when they take a antihistimine like benedryl and it helps there UC? Just trying to see if there's a connection here. Thanks
