Start of another flare!!!

I have been doing really well for the past year and a half with no symptoms however they are coming back, is there anything I can do to lessen this flare before it gets worse? I don't have insurance so I can't just go and see a doctor whenever I want.

Fibre supplements and probiotics can help.

What are your symptoms at this point that you recognise as a flare?

Thanks for the replies... the symptoms I am having are bleeding and frequent restrooms trips as well as diarrhea and some abdominal pain.  My dad also has UC and he happened to have a months worth of tapering prednisone that he gave to me, so I am just going to take that until I can get money to see my gastro doctor.  I have been on prednisone two years ago for a flare.
