MS and IBD

Is there anyone who has both IBD and MS. I know they are linked and now I am worried I will get MS. Yea I know I over worrie alot.

Kitty, you're going to drive yourself mad worrying about this kind of stuff! It's just because they are both autoimmune conditions. I try to not worry about things that are out of my control. There's clearly no way to control whether or not I get MS, so I don't worry about it. The chances of it happening are so, so, so slim!

I had MS for 19 years before I developed UC--luckily, my MS is stable and I am not impaired at all. But really, you can't live worrying about something that may never happen. Enjoy your life today.
