Just had a stool study done and they noted higher than normal secretory IgA levels suggesting mucosal inflammation. Anyone know what supplements you can take to reduce inflammation?
They also noted moderate amout of yeast, possibly Candida. Anyone know what supplements work well for getting rid of yeast?

hey, go to google and type in "Candida diet". I know someone who has a problem with candida, and she does a diet to know it out. The scd diet is also effective for it.
