What are some good questions I should ask my prospective surgeon?

I've never had surgery before and am preparing to have jpouch surgery. I was wondering what questions I should be asking the surgeon when we meet.

I plan on asking how many of these procedures he's done, how long I can expect to be out of work, how will I know when it's okay to return to work (my profession is rather physical)

I've done quite a bit of research on the procedure, so I feel pretty familiar with what is going to be done, but obviously I'll ask him to explain it all anyway.

Can't think of anything else although I am sure there should be much more to ask!! Any suggestions very much appreciated.
