Hey thanks Peety! I think I'll try going without either of those for a week or two and see what happens.
I quickly searched gluten free recipes and I see a bunch of ingredients that are gluten free. Would normal grocery stores have gluten free items or would i have to find some "Health" grocery store?
It seems more gluten-free prepared foods are found in regular grocery stores. Look for things (like pasta, cereal) made with corn, rice, potato or tapioca instead of wheat. The breads are awful, don't recommend wasting your money on them. Potato flour works well for coatings, if you cook. But my fave gluten-free food is potato chips!!
Oats would have gluten BTW
