Sara, I'm sorry to read that you have emotional turmoil to deal with. Be sure you stick to your meds & a reasonable diet. It will likely be harder to rest when you feel agitated, but you need that, too. The fact that your vacation plans were involved makes it even more of a bummer. Take care & let us know how you're doing. I'm supposed to have my RX insurance reinstated fully. My gastro FAXed a letter of support last Fri & insurer phoned me yesterday to say that their "consultant" approved my taking brandname Colazal, which is supposed to be effective immediately. The local pharmacist warned me a couple of days ago, though, not to believe anything they say 'til we try to process my next refill-- at the end of the month. (!) / Old Hat (30 yrs with left-sided UC ... [etc.])

Thanks, Old Hat. I'm glad things seem to be getting worked out regarding your insurance and hope when you go to pick them up at the end of the month everything will work out fine.
