Vitamin E or Acidophilus Enemas?

I have never used the acidophilus enemas but have used the Vit E many times for the bleeding and depending on how inflamed my rectum is sometimes I feel a little burning sensation when I insert the applicator.  It goes away quickly but I think it's just because its so inflammed and tender there.  It definately helps for the bleeding so keep on using it.
