any of you guys try this stuff yet? I'm warning you- it's addictive! It's like ice cream made with coconut milk. Dairy-free, gluten-free, & SOOOOOOO good. I love ice cream, but sometimes it bothers my UC. Not this, though! I don't know whether to be pleased or annoyed- while I could stand to gain some weight, it's not the best way to go about it by eating coconut milk ice cream! I highly recommend it, plus it'd be ideal for all you "special diet" types.

My boyfriend eats that (milk allergy), he loves it.

I buy it in the usual grocery store, in the natural foods section. And of course, any health food store hs it also- in quite a few different brands. The flavors are awesome- so far I personally have chowed thru pints of chocolate pnut butter, cookie dough, coconut, vanilla... they have mint chip ones, some regular chocolate, some almondy type flavor. All gluten free, even the cookie dough! I don't do gluten free, but it probably doesn't hurt. It's so good. WAY better than soy ice cream, or rice ice cream....I've tried them all & the coconut milk stuff is nearly better than regular ice cream!

that sounds awesome.....i've been chilling coconut milk in the fridge and using my blender mixing it with bananas for a treat but ice cream yum would be great lol! wink

I can imagine it would have that creamy flavour as well...
