Ok, so this is totally off-topic, but I wanted to see if any of you have had this happen. As I've mentioned before, I had to stop breastfeeding my son when he was about
8 weeks old because I was so sick that my supply was basically gone and he wasn't getting enough to eat. However, I still haven't totally stopped producing milk in my right breast. It's not much...it doesn't leak or anything and I don't feel full, but I get curious every now and then and give it a squeeze, and there is always some milk there.
I wasn't worried about this at all, mostly because I started producing colostrum very early on in my pregnancy...like 15 weeks or something. However, the last few days, I've had these little tingly feelings in one area of my right breast, kind of on the bottom side of the nipple. It doesn't hurt or sting or anything, it's just a little zing. It doesn't feel like it's on the surface, but kind of deep. It seems to happen every few minutes for an hour or so, then will go away for a while, then come back.
Has anyone had this happen? Do you think it could at all be related to the continued milk production? I see my GP on Monday to talk about going off of Zoloft, and plan to mention it to him, even though he's not my OBGYN, as he is a full-spectrum GP and does OBGYN as well.
Thanks!
Oh, and mods, if you'd like me to delete this as it's so off-topic, I understand!
