Yes of course i will post what foods I eat. The raw foods diet is really hard to start. This is because we are used to cooked foods and can not imagine life with out it. I was worried about all sorts of things when I started but I seem to be doing ok so far.
I will start working on other recipes but here is what I eat on an average day.
1 whole melon
5-8 bananas
1 large salad with spinach , bean sprouts, avocado
500 grams of strawberries
5 bananas
3 or 2 zucchini’s grated into a pasta (paul nison’s receipie)
It sounds like a lot of fruit but your body apparently knows what to do with this fruit. Yes bananas have a lot of potassium but again your body knows what to do with it. I had my potassium checked and it was 4.8 which is fine.
Paul Nison says to me that I do eat too many bananas but I haven’t found out how to do the raw foods diet with out them. So I will keep you posted
I do also occasionally eat fish,
Here is what Utopian Life eats in a day. Utopian life has helped me lean how to eat
