I saw the earlier post about
the anklosing spondylitis, and was wondering if anyone else experiences this pain like i have occassionally. I will do my best to describe it.
Occassionally after having a bowel movement, i will have this deep pain in my rear end. It seems like it's near the general area of the tailbone, but it seems further info the middle of my body (front-to-back) than the tailbone. I had a brusied tailbone after my last child was born, so I feel like i know the difference pretty well. Anyway, the pain is a painfully dull, throbbing, pain that is short-lasting (about 10-15 minutes long). It makes it uncomfortable to ly or stand up in any way.
Do you think this pain could be coming from the inflamed tissue in the colon itself?
