what's the worst that can happen? gassssssssss, discomfort, pain, cramping, possibly loose stool or diarrhea coloured a nice rich chocolate???

I had that happen last night/this morning, because I HAD to have a diet coke. Sometimes, you just have to go 'screw it'.

I'm so glad I don't have IBS lol I'd die without my junk food.. well.. alright don't get into that, I already know that it's probably the opposite lol
My favorite ice creams: Ben and Jerry's Brownie Batter and Haagen-Daas's Bailey's. MMM.
