Just joined this forum yesterday and have been reading voraciously. Great place and thanks everyone for sharing.
I have a quick question that I could not find discussed. (Pls. direct me if I am wrong) I started Prednisolone last week, 30mg. When I am these pills, I am always hungry (I mean ALWAYS) and my food intake goes almost double. Last time, I was on these pills about a year ago, I gained about 10kg and it took more than 6 months to shed that water and weight off. I was wondering if you also faced with the same issues, what home-made low calorie food did you carry to your work that kept you filled very well, yet didn't contribute to the weight gain?
Only thing that comes on top of my head is wide variety of sallads or pop-corn. I am not into sugary stuff either (again calorie counting).
Any other suggestions?
