Promethus Serology 7

My daughter was sent for Promethus Serology 7 yesterday and i was wondering if anyone had this lab done. Her pathology report showed most consistent with Crohns although there are no granulocytes? All this time we thought it was UC, but her inflammation is mostly in the ascending, transverse colon and now terminal ileum.

She was started on Entocort and has started complaining of back pain. She also is looking pale to me. MD wrote a years worth RX for this drug.

Also, how many people have gotten FMLA for this disease...i am looking into it.

I was diagnosed at a time that this test wasn't even around (that I know of) so I don't think I had this done. So she has no involvement in the sigmoid or rectal area? Is her inflammation patchy or continous?

I am actually having the Promethus done tomorrow. I think it's becoming more common, esp when the biopsies don't pin down a dx.
