How does that affect CU?
I know it's for anxiety. But does it do bad (or good for that matter) for a CU condition?

In the winter months I sometimes take St. John's Wort for SAD and it hasn't affected my Uc in one way or another.

Check with the Doc before you start it, it interacts with alot of meds.
