What, if any, are your experiences with VSL #3?

It works well for me...but is expensive, so I'm trying a few others to see how things go.
It's important to take the right dose -- Sigma Tau's (the manufacturer) own clinical research on the benefits of VSL3 is based on taking these high doses.
Many people use less than recommended as they feel that they're getting enough probiotics from the lower dose too, or because it's too expensive to take several packets of it a day....and it doesn't end up working for them.

i just started taking it a few days ago and it seems to have helped a lot but its a bit early for me to say just yet so i didn't do the survey.
i've tried lots of probiotics before without much luck but thought i'd give the probiotics one last try with vsl and it seems to be helping, fingers crossed!

never tried it...I use other probiotics. Plus my UC has pretty much always been controlled with the 5ASA oral/RECTAL meds.

had no positive effect at all.
too expensive so i stopped.
