Where do you buy the psyllium SEED powder?

LookingForThe Cure, do you find it at your local Whole Foods? I bought Psyllim by Nature's Way. It does say Psyllium (seed), 3.66 g. It comes in capsules. I wonder if it is the same thing.

i use psyllium Husk and i also can buy psyllium seeds but i really dont know from where to buy psyllium seed powder .
