Oh, yes, pred and pms don't mix well. The one thing I remember helping is exercise; even a short walk helps. My story of pred (and probably pms) -- I almost took off the head of one poor Trader Joe's clerk; they were out of creamy peanut butter. Try some peppermint tea to calm you or some of the herbal teas out there. If the feeling persists, call your doc or gyn to see if there is something they can give you to calm those nerves.
