I can only tell you my experience with Juicing, but I have had much success with it. I bought one of those "Jack Lalane" Juicers and my morning recepie is 3 carrots, 2 apples, 4 stalks of celery, 1 big tomato and a little bit of parsley.. It actually tastes pretty darn good and is a good energy source! I split it with my hubby and it's enough to fill 2 regular sized glasses (maybe 12 or 16 oz.) and has never bothered me. I think becuase you are taking the fiber out and only getting the juice is why it's ok with me..
I give the pulp to my chickens... they love it and I'm hoping it gives me better eggs!!
