Hi
I know, it's hard. I am so scared to stress my colon by eating. I am 23 weeks pregnant, but look about 12 weeks. Most people haven't even noticed yet!
If you can tolerate them, drink sustagen/ensure between meals. I try to have about three a day for the calories and nutrients. I also found that because I don't want to eat, I have only been eating one meal a day, then I eat too much and feel terrible afterwards. I have started eating several small amounts during the day, which seems to be helping. Mostly things like scrambled eggs, yoghurt, juicing some fruit and veg, rice pudding, mashed sweet potato, salmon.
I had a scan when i was discharged from hospital two weeks ago, and even though I have been losing weight, the baby is gaining well. It will suck the life right out of you, don't worry. Just make sure that you are getting enough protein, iron, folate etc, most of which I think you can get the recommended daily intakes in a few sustagens throughout the day.
It's a horrible time to be flaring, I know! Also, i wanted to mention when you are taking fibre, just read the instructions. I have read that you shouldn't take psyllium any sooner than two hours after medicine, or four hours before meds, as it can inhibit their absorption.
Take care of you, the baby will take care of itself!
