I have to agree with Quincy.. I'd use them too... In fact, I checked it out on the internet it says it's an easy to digest source of vegetable protien..., ideal for people with food alergies or for people with digestive difficulties... A good way to get protien without a tummy ache~!
Sounds good to me, I might just try it myself!
P.S.. I wouldn't mix it with milk while flaring.. It says you can mix it with water or use it in your favorite recepies
