I love Indian food and it's really easy to pass when in a flare. It's loaded with protein and vitamins and the vegetables are cooked soft in lovely broths and sauces. There are wonderful yogurt based, chicken dishes and all sorts of spices that I tolerate well. One thing is that for several days after I eat it (and countless bm's) I get these peas that float in the toilet. They put peas in the rice and other dishes and those rascals must find hiding places in my inflamed colon until they're ready to surprise me days later. I call them my magic peas.
