Lucas...I am a firm believer in Prayer too. It has gotten me through some of the worse times in my life, like when both my parents were extremely ill and I was their only child trying my best to take care of them. I lost my dad April 1st of 95 and mom moved in with us. She was the one who was the most ill for years. I lost her in March of 96 but she did live to see our oldest daughter get married which was her goal. Mom was on dialysis for two years prior to her death. Three times during her hospitalizations we almost lost her, but I prayed so hard and the Lord knew I couldn't handle losing her at those times. When the Lord came for her, she passed peacefully in our home. I had the overwhelming feeling that I could let her go. She wasn't hooked up to machines and that was her fear, being hooked up to those darn machines at the time of her death. Yes, God works in awesome ways.
I am glad I have a doctor who is a firm believer in prayer too. He is of the Jewish faith and always tells me to PRAY that the medicine will turn the tide.
God bless and I hope the Remicade keeps working for you and all the other wonderful people in this forum who suffer with this disease and other illnesses, may they all find relief.
