As of right now I'm taking psyllium seed powder every morning (1/2 Tbsp) mixed in applesauce or yogurt. Either is MUCH more tolerable than in a glass of water. Tried that once--never again. Too gross and grainy. I don't have a blender right now but I'm thinking about getting one just for this reason. It'd be nice to make a smoothie or something and mix it it.
Any other ideas of what to mix the powder in would be great!
