Not really. But have you tried sticking a heating pad under the covers with you? I like to turn one on in the wintertime and stick it under the covers while I'm brushing my teeth and stuff to warm the bed up a bit. Then I snuggle with it for a little while before I turn it off. Or maybe just try and electric blanket since it sounds like you're cold all night.
Hi Fruit Girl,
I've tried everything. I seem to get cold from the inside out. I can feel my body drop in temperature by levels. Hot baths help but are no longer enough. My boyfriend turned on the heater and was sleeping without any covers. At the same time, I had an electric heating pad on my tummy (which my boyfriend said was dangerous to do). Plus I was wearing PJs, a sweater, socks, gloves, and hat. And I had a ton of blankets wrapped around me--underneath as well as on top. Still it was not enough. I've always had trouble retaining heat, and even caught pneumonia when I was 22 due to getting too cold. But that time, I wasn't wearing enough. This year has been the worst. I'm having difficulty retaining heat, especially at night.
