Hi folks! So, anyone have any NY's resolutions in mind? I've been thinking about
them.... I tend to go the diet route, more of this, less of that, etc. But not so sure I want to go that route this year. I think I'm going to resolve to be more serene in the 2010- or at least try to! A kinder, gentler, me. And I may try to fast one day a week. While that is diet related, it's not as strict as limiting what I eat. Plus, I find my body appreciates a day fast. I do drink liquids, maybe an Ensure on the fast day- who knows? Anyone else have any good ones?

I'm starting to get up earlier....biggie for me. I'm trying to not conk out in the evening for 2 hours, which screws up my sleep schedule (there's a strange concept for me....sleep schedule).
I'm starting to incorperate feeling more mentally organised and in the process of tackling the stuff I need to purge in the house. Lots of decision making....can't just take it to the dump.
So....mine would be reorganising and more scheduled even though my client schedule isn't.
Food follows suit, if I'm less stressed, I eat much better. I'll have my treats as well.
Oh, and must continue the exercise. Of course, that all fits in the the schedule and organised concept.
I'm excited about
it actually....probably because I haven't been sick with a cold or flu this fall and if I can make it to the New Year...it'll be the first time in probably my whole lifetime. Lots to celebrate.

I'm going to try to not overwork myself. I have a bad habit of that.

I guess mine would be.....not to stress over the small stuff like I usually do and be ever grateful to the (hopefully) continued success of Remicade
.

I don't believe in resolutions. My belief is that I try to be the best I can be all year round and a new year shouldn't change that. Besides, I gave up on resolutions a long time ago because I always broke them and then I would just upset myself because I couldn't do it. LOL

Mine is to get back into training, & get back in school. I haven't really tried to do anything in the past 5 years, so I'm going to try & do something.

My resolutions don't normally last thru the month of January, but I'm going to try this year! I figure a simple one, like trying to be more positive, will be easy to enact. And it's gotta be self-actualizing- once you start thinking/living that way, it must be easier & easier to keep looking on the bright side. I hope!
