Immediate improvements using slippery elm

ok i know i have only been taking this for a few days but already i am seeing an improvement in my symptoms. I had been having really nasty pain under my ribs coming from my stomach ulcers and i can honestly say that last night was first night i didn't wake with the pain. I haven't had any pain in that area all day today either. The pain i have been having when i have a bm has eased too. I'm still passing blood and mucous but this has been best 48 hours i have had in 4 months of this flare. Heres hoping it continues.

I'm taking one heaped teaspoon of the slippery elm powdered bark,I mix it to a paste with some water and then mix it together with hotmilk and sometimes a little honey.

I take it first thing when i wake in the morning and last thing at night. You have to take meds either an hour before or hour after as it can reduce absorbtion of meds.

I didn't like it with yoghurt
