I had been worried about the psyllium and my GI said it's basically a food, so one can take it at the same time as any other meds that can be taken with food.....
Otherwise, to the best of my knowledge, it looks as if you're doing great....
Morning: probiotic, bee propolis
then coffee, breakfast, asacol, vitamin, flax seed oil
Before lunch, psyllium husk, then Lunch, more asacol, calcium and D, second flax seed oil
mid afternoon: VSL #3
Dinnertime: asacol, calcium and D.
Bedtime, probiotic, asacol, calcium.
And right now I'm doing some slippery elm between meals except - whoops! I forgot today!
