Here I go with my comments on how we are all different. I read the posts since mine and salmon makes me very sick, hate rice and especially anything tasting like tumeric. Yogurt I love and it give me heartburn (as does bananas) and doesn't help me any. So, you read what everyone tries here and you have some ideas but you will have to find your own path. I can eat any dairy but can't eat wheat or grains - they just don't digest right.
