At last !

Well after 2 weeks of trying I finally got my doctor to give me some predfoam.

I can't take oral meds or asacol foam enemas so let's hope I can get some relief from the predfoam. I have thinning of my bones so don't really want to use this for to long.

I am also taking vsl 3 which I started Monday. I started on a low dose of half a pack a day and will build up to 2 packs a day.

Anyone had success with predfoam? And are the side effects minimal rectally? When I took pred orally it sent me loopy, I was an anxious mess, I couldn't sleep at all and it made my heart race. It was so bad I had to come off them after a week!

Ive used PredFoam with great results at first.. for a few weeks/possibly a month or two.. then it seem to be less affective, like I became immune to it!?!.. Everyone is different though.. Good luck!.. Hope it works wonders!!..
